28th February 2026 - One Day Yoga Retreat
Uncovering Seeds of Intention
After the whirlwind of the end of 2025, join me for a day of intention setting and self care to fill your cup as you shift into the new year.
From 10am - 5pm, held at a gentle West London community oasis, we will gather to practice, explore, be nourished and set intentions.
What to expect - a juicy 75 minute morning vinyasa practice, followed by an asana workshop on inversions (optional). Delicious lunch shared together, before an afternoon session where you will be guided to uncovering and identifying the most powerful intentions to take you into the year. We complete the day with a mellow yoga practice, to allow the day’s discoveries to seep into your body and soul.
Ticket cost - £120. Early bird £100 if booked before 10th December 2025.

This one week intensive condenses the full 12 modules of Alchemise, also run over 10 weeks, into one powerful week of transformation, while set in the beautiful surroundings of a Marrakech riad, with a swimming pool for relaxing by. You will return from this week more connected to yourself and your practice, with tools to level up and deepen your practice, and magical alchemy both on and off the yoga mat.
