31st January 2026 - One Day Yoga Retreat

Uncovering Seeds of Intention

After the whirlwind of the end of 2025, join me for a day of intention setting and self care to fill your cup as you shift into the new year.

From 10am - 5pm, held at a gentle West London community oasis, we will gather to practice, explore, be nourished and set intentions.

What to expect - a juicy 75 minute morning vinyasa practice, followed by an asana workshop on inversions (optional). Delicious lunch shared together, before an afternoon session where you will be guided to uncovering and identifying the most powerful intentions to take you into the year. We complete the day with a mellow yoga practice, to allow the day’s discoveries to seep into your body and soul.

Ticket cost - £120. Early bird £100 if booked before 1st December 2025.
