Student testimonial:

Celest Pereira, Yoga Teacher, Physiotherapist & Neuroscience podcaster: “I am beyond grateful for finding Zaz. My enthusiasm for classes was low, because I felt so many classes were just the same thing over and over. When I found Zaz, it was like my creativity was finally sparked again. I use elements of her class in my practice, because I love a challenge and that is what she is all about. But the best part of her classes is she is so compassionate and loving in her style. I highly recommend Zaz again and again.”

Email me for private sessions to work on specific aspects, or have a personally tailored yoga session (couples welcome!), and to discuss any needs.

Vinyasa, Myth & Movement via Wanderlust.TV - (also available as a recording) is a more challenging intermediate level Vinyasa class, where we look at the myths behind postures, discovering what they hold for us, before getting into a yoga sequence built around the focus poses.

This and more online classes via Wanderlust.TV - click here to try out the class series

Don’t see a class that suits your schedule? Drop me a line! I also offer one-to-one sessions to work on specific areas, for focussed attention, to learn the basics or to deepen your practice.

There are always options to level up or down according to your needs in that moment.

I focus on alignment, anatomy and creativity to keep us mindful and challenged, with an occasional sprinkling of humour. Some level of fitness would be helpful.

Feel free to subscribe to my YouTube channel to see content there, but all the NEW stuff is HERE, my content library on Momence with lots of pre-recorded class (unlimited access with a monthly subscription!)

I always offer options to modify to make postures more accessible or to increase the intensity if desired, however please ensure that you always practice safely and listen to your body, not your ego!

Our yoga practice not only keeps us moving, adds to our physical health and strengthens our immune systems, but also helps to ground and centre us, or perhaps take us to our edge where we discover where we can surrender and where we can discover what we are capable of.

As mentioned before, please ensure that you practice safely, be mindful of your surroundings, and ensure that you have advised me prior to the class of any issues which may require modification of poses. Your body is your responsibility, and I am unable to accept liability if you do not practice with due care.

You only get one YOU so look after yourself!

Info on class styles:

Mandala Vinyasa is a flowing sequence where we move in a spiral around the mat. Each class is themed around one of the 4 elements - Earth, Air, Fire or Water - with creative sequences that relate to physical aspects as well as chakras in the energy body.  In this dynamic class, we create heat in the body and explore and discover our capacity to move in a meditative and yet powerful way.  These sequences may include arm balances and inversions, as well as lots of options for those not ready to fly.

Mellow Vinyasa This Vinyasa class is a gentle flow, taking time to break down foundational postures, as we flow between asanas. The focus will be on connecting inwardly, as we move with breath, and at the same time building strength and flexibility, and we will begin with Sun Salutations, and build up a ladder flow, where we add to the sequence, making it digestible and approachable.

Vinyasa+ This class is a blend of mainly Vinyasa flow, with elements of Mandala, movement and mobility methodology as well as strength building. Juicy sequences raise our energy levels, and allow us to tune into the breath, as we observe what the body is capable of, and determine how we can take our innate body wisdom and kindness into our practice (and hopefully off the mat too!).

Vinyasa Flow and Play is what it sounds like. We’ll be playful, continuously flowing through sequences, building some heat and approaching our practice with curiosity and playfulness as we explore movement.

Hot Flow is the classic HotPod yoga vinyasa sequence, which is accessible to most levels - with options given during the class to either tone it down or level up, as we move mindfully with a focus on breath.

Rocket is a fun, playful and dynamic style of yoga, originally based from Ashtanga Primary series. We’ll move through poses, linking with a vinyasa sequence, and taking different variations of the poses to suit your body type and energy.

Power Yoga The power yoga sequence begins with Sun Salutations, then standing poses, before we move to seated, then backbends and optional inversions. In these classes we explore and discover where we are at in the present moment, with options to play with arm balances and inversions, or take variations that prepare the body and build strength for your practice as we flow with the breath.
