ALCHEMISE gives you the tools and knowledge to deepen your knowledge of yoga practice, from philosophy, to physical practice (from foundations to inversions, arm balances, backbends, and more), from mythology, to contextual anatomy, pranayama, meditation and more.
ALCHEMISE is a 40hr programme, with 12 two-hour sessions delivered online or in person, PLUS additional valuable resources, such as the inclusion of 1-2-1 private sessions for personal focus, and much more.
